Returns & Exchanges

At Allens Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to the outside of the shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
